To ensure transparency regarding cancellation, substitution, and refund requests from registered delegates.

This policy applies to all confirmed delegates, sponsors, and partners participating in the Dynamic Finance conference.
3. Cancellation by Delegate
Delegates may submit cancellation requests via email. Written notice is required to initiate review.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refund considerations are evaluated based on timing, documented circumstances, and contractual obligations with service providers.
5. Substitutions
Delegates may nominate a substitute from the same organization up to 7 days before the conference without additional charges.
6. Timeline for Requests
Refund or substitution requests should be submitted no later than 21 days before the event start to allow adequate processing time.
7. Partial Attendance
No refunds are provided for partial attendance or missed sessions once the conference has commenced.
8. Organizer-initiated Changes
If Dynamic Finance reschedules or materially changes the conference, impacted delegates will be notified and provided with alternative options.
9. Force Majeure
In cases of events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government directives), Dynamic Finance may adjust schedules or deliver the program virtually.
10. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days via the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.
11. Travel & Accommodation
Dynamic Finance is not responsible for external costs such as travel or accommodation. Delegates should coordinate directly with their providers.
12. Sponsorship Agreements
Refund terms for sponsors are governed by individual agreements. Sponsors should refer to contractual provisions.
